The Rev. Carola Tron Urban is an ordained pastor in the Evangelical Waldensian Church of the River Plate (Argentina and Uruguay). She serves as Pastor and Head of Staff at the Waldensian Church in Dolores City, Uruguay. Her Master of Divinity is from the IU-ISEDET in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She also received training from Princeton Theological Seminary, Princeton, NJ. Within her pastoral practice she has developed ministries in gender and ecological issues and pastoral care with women, especially related to domestic violence. Since 2010 she has represented the Latin America Region as a member of the Executive Commitee of the World Communion of Reformed Churches.
She is 36 years old, married and has two sons.
