Janice Edwards-Armstrong joined the Association of Theological Schools staff in August 2007 as director, leadership education. She administers the leadership education programs for senior administrative officers in ATS schools, the Women in Leadership in Theological Education program, and the programs related to race and ethnicity. Prior to her ATS appointment, she was vice president for student affairs and dean of students at Chatham University in Pittsburgh for four years.
