Lisa Larges is the Minister Coordinator for That All May Freely Serve a grassroots nonprofit working to transform the Presbyterian Church by advocating for all who are disenfranchised, especially gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender members. A publicly identified lesbian woman, Lisa has been a candidate for ministry in the Presbyterian church for 25 years, and has been the subject of several ecclesial court cases. Even as the Presbyterian Church adopted more open standards for ordaining officers, Lisa’s case is currently still before a church court, pending a final resolution.
She lives in San Francisco, and is a member of Noe Valley Ministry.
